We are seeking eight farmworkers for general farm labor. Responsibilities include hand harvesting of strawberries, pickles, apples, sweet corn, tomatoes, green beans, pumpkins, peaches, squash, pears, and raspberries. Key duties involve: - Maintaining various trees and shrubs - Planting, cultivating, thinning, transplanting, and harvesting fruits and vegetables - Preparing soil, fields, and tree blocks for planting - Conducting maintenance on tree blocks, including mowing, weed whipping, and applying fertilizers - Digging up and removing planted trees/plants from the field - Loading and unloading trees and supplies - Performing general maintenance and cleanup, which includes removing debris, rocks, and trash from the farm, hand-pulling weeds, and cutting grass - Scraping old trees, pruning, and staking as necessary - Performing maintenance and repairs on irrigation systems - Operating farm vehicles such as skid-steers and tractors as directed, but only on farm property Work will take place in Montcalm County, Michigan.

Work schedule is generally 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Additional hours may be offered but not required.
