GENERAL PURPOSE
Responsible for leading and participating in cross-functional teams towards the development of technical designs, and multi-tier solutions for MillerKnoll Product Data and Pricing. Applies software development methodologies to architect and design enterprise level Technology solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Captures and effectively communicates in-depth technical knowledge.
Conceptualizes, drives and executes solutions to the most complex problems.
Responsible for our PIM product Enterprise data model and solution
Responsible for Publication Integration Layer technical solution, integrations and touch points for the various applications, both internal and external
Supports solutioning for Enterprise projects and programs where product data and pricing are impacted
Identifies and maintains external resource relationships; holding them accountable for deliverables.
Identifies opportunities and owns improvements to technologies and IT processes across multiple functional areas.
Leads the integration of new technologies or IT initiatives; will lead projects in multiple functional areas.
Maintains, applies and teaches IT expertise with superior results.
Manages medium to large project budgets; accountable for expenses.
Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
Presents work output in a clear and concise manner.
Guides business and technology team members to adopt best business process practices when implementing systems that support multiple financial systems capabilities.
Professional experience across the delivery landscape, including Agile Applications development, deployment, and support.
Applies experience gained on ERP projects and identifies opportunities for improving existing integrations to improve support and reduce maintenance.
Manages application lifecycle and roadmap planning in partnership with the MillerKnoll Enterprise Application team.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
10+ years of professional IT & IS experience.
5+ years of prior participation on project teams.
Global project experience

Proficient understanding of fundamental technologies used to support assigned business function.
Broad understanding of cross functional processes and enterprise architecture.
Drives for root cause when problem solving. Applies strategic thinking to create simplification and agility.
Understanding of the tools available to administer the required processes of managing a team.
Demonstrated ability to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence at an appropriate level.
