Job Description:
Assist students and staff as they enter the department as first contact.
Direct students and staff to the correct staff member in the department.
Direct students and staff to the correct department if necessary.
Assist students with records forms and inquiries.
Monitor Registrar email.
Sort/deliver/pick up department mail.
Assist Operations Coordinator with students/files/records regarding VA related education benefits.
Assist Operations Coordinator with Veteran Services events.
Assist Operations Coordinator and Registrar with maintaining records of current graduates.
Point of contact regarding the list of graduates for Student Life and Academic Affairs commencement list.
Assist with the creation and mailing of diplomas.
Assist with program changes in the catalog and assist Registrar with website updates.
Assist Registrar with set up and tracking online forms.
Assist department with student record changes.
Assist department with special projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
Experience working in an office environment.
Customer service experience.
Must have a 2-year degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Google Office Suites.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience working in a college or school system.
