Reconciliation of bank accounts
Perform double entry bookkeeping to maintain general ledgers
Prepare adjusting journal entries
Conduct account analysis and general ledger reconciliations as needed
Assist in financial statement preparation
Preparation of payroll and sales tax returns

Additional Requirements

Associates degree in accounting or equivalent experience
QuickBooks knowledge (desktop and online) preferred and proficiency in Excel
Understanding of accounting principles an procedures
Experience with account analysis and financial statement preparations
Familiarity with payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to work with attentions to detail
