- Bachelor's degree in accounting required
- 1 to 2 years public accounting experience preferred
- Ability to work well with people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
- Experience with accounting and tax software (QuickBooks, Accounting CS, Ultra Tax) is a plus
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
