The primary duties of the Marketing Coordinator includes working with the Marketing Manager, marketing coordinators and project managers and technical staff to prepare proposals, qualification documents and marketing materials such as presentations and resumes, reporting, and announcements. Responsibilities may include:
Lead tracking, follow-up, and coordinating marketing efforts with technical staff.
Lead editing proposal sections and resumes with the assistance of a technical lead or marketing manager.
Coordinate and develop graphics to convey winning proposal themes.
Edit proposal layout.
Coordinate preparation of specialized marketing materials for professional meetings, conferences, and seminars.
Lead production /assembly/delivery of final proposal documents.
Attendance and participation in weekly meetings to remain informed and abreast of Company pursuits, strategies, and goals.
Assist in maintaining our marketing database.
Miscellaneous duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications/marketing/business/graphic design/fine arts or related concentration
An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Works well with diverse teams, regional departments, technical managers and project staff
Quick self-starter, team orientated and able to work with different personalities and professional styles
Service and client-oriented personality, self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative
Ability and willingness to be a positive, contributing, and adaptable member of the team at all times
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
Committed to quality, a highly organized, professional with an ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
1-5 years of experience in the AEC industry
Professional experience in technical/research/writing/communications and/or marketing role

Required Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
