Description
We are hiring a Marketing Program Specialist to join our Design Customer Vertical Marketing team and focus on sales support programs that span multiple brands and categories and help make our portfolio easy to sell and position.
What You Will Be Doing:
Implement new programs and processes to support marketing initiatives.
Promote and train sellers on Programs availability, utility and functionality
Improve operational performance of programs by learning logistics and operation processes and seek an excellent customer experience through them.
Use data and trends to analyze assortments to create pre-sales support programs (particular as related to product) that are relevant and economical.
Embrace iteration and improvement - after establishing programs, the Specialist should bring fresh ideas on how to enhance, as well as survey users and collect field feedback.
Our Design Brands are a group of almost twenty global brands that provide solutions for the workplace, healthcare and education spaces. Support programs are needed to provide easy product sampling, a cohesive centralized process for engaging with the sales organization, and other initiatives.

Strong executive presence: You have or are comfortable having experience working with executive-level decision-makers like General Managers and Vice Presidents.

Analytical: You are good at analyzing situations, including identifying which activities are highest 'bang for your buck'
Enthusiastic about project management: you are a great PM. You keep teams motivated, keep them accountable, keep them focused on what's important, and know when to raise a red flag to stakeholders when there's a potential problem.
Results-oriented: you take pleasure in setting and achieving goals
Required Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree required
At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in Marketing or military equivalent experience
Excellent communication and organization skills
