More About the Role In this Application Developer 2 opportunity, responsibilities will involve: * Code/Develop cloud-based applications (API's) * Provide ongoing maintenance of applications/APIs * Troubleshoot existing information systems to identify errors or deficiencies and develop solutions Additional aspects/functions may include: * Work closely with clients, business analysts and team members on small to large, complex projects to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that align with business and IT strategies and are in compliance with the organization's architectural standards. Provide support in the full systems life cycle for multiple applications to ensure application software is delivered on time and within budget. "Qualifications" EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. * Three (3) years of advanced programming techniques and application design required. * 2+ years' MuleSoft experience required. * XSLT experience required. * Prior experience in Cloud-based technology. * Experience in systems design and have a solid understanding of development, database development, testing, and integration methodologies required. Preferred Experience: * Experience in systems support and have a understanding of software development, testing, and integration methodologies. * Mulesoft certifications in development and/or operations. * Forum Systems Sentry cloud platform. * Amazon Web Services. * Test driven development with continuous integration (automated testing). * Production support. Additional Preferred Skills/Requirements: * Certifications: CISSP, CEH, CCFP, SANS certification(s) OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Analytical and systems thinking. * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Effective Written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently, or within a team environment. * Positive attitude, adaptable to change.
