This role will support the Account Services team. Please note that this role will be a hybrid model including both in-person and remote work. All training will be 100% in-person. Departmental Requirements * Analyze need for training support * Develop and write training materials * Conduct and deliver training sessions * Capture training feedback and make appropriate recommendations or changes as needed * Ability to facilitate training sessions both virtually and in-person * Ability to work closely with other departmental designers and trainers and with supervision of leader * Comfortable with flexibility. Establish and meet deadlines and reporting requirements. * Develop documentation (both on-line and paper) for use by operational areas. * Develop performance-based training to meet operational need and requirements. * Conduct front-end analysis and develop general specifications for training and documentation. Work closely with subject matter experts (SME's). * Evaluate documentation/training to ensure cost effectiveness. * Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Technology, Technical Communications or related field preferred. * Three (3) to five (5) years claims/benefits or two (2) years corporate writing experience and/or similar experience in related field. * Demonstrated oral and written communications skills, with emphasis on syntax, grammar and presentation of material. * Demonstrated PC skills: Word Processing, DOS or Windows required Desktop Publishing, Spreadsheets, Project Management software preferred. * Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred. * Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
