PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN
As a member of the Operations team, the Production Supervisor will be responsible forsupervision of manufacturing personnel and operation, assuring that quality, safety, productivity, schedule, and delivery goals are met daily.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Responsible for supervising shop employees in a manufacturing environment.
Plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions
Ensure effective employee relations
Your Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field
3-5 years of production supervisory experience
Strong leadership skills
Bonus If You Have:
Manufacturing background, automotive is a plus.
