Quality Assurance Specialist
Duro-Last Roofing has a full-time opening for a Quality Assurance Specialist. This position will be located at our Company Headquartersin Saginaw, Michigan.This is an excellent opportunity if you desire a full-time position with no weekends.
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct routine office tasks such as filing and scanning; generating daily reports; processing letters, warranties, and emails
Investigate missing information in Company databases to ensure they are complete and accurate
Create warranty records
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail to customers, building owners, contractors, and internal department
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in an office or administrative position
Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems to include proficiency in Word and Excel
Excellent keyboarding skills
Strong phone/verbal/written communication skills
Accurate and detail oriented
Ability to perform in a team-oriented atmosphere
Preferred hours are Monday through Friday 8am through 5pm
