About the Role
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and presentations supporting many aspects of SBU Intelligent Cockpit Operations related to finance, resource management, and related areas. You are involved in everything that it takes to run a business unit.
As a central position, you will be coordinating key managerial topics like resource planning, hiring backlog tracking, and aligning resource and budget demand with all leaders in SBU Intelligent Cockpit. You will help drive the day-to-day activities to keep the SBU in a steady operational state. While this is an individual contributor position, your influence and collaboration skills will be applied to a global, cross-functional team consisting of platform engineering leads, customer engineering leads, and project managers. Excellent communication and leadership skills will be keys to success.
What You Will Do
Supporting and helping in driving day-to-day activities in business operations
Develop dashboards and reports in Excel and in QLIK to allow the management team to understand the status on people (staff levels, hiring status, etc), budget information, project staffing, and relevant project information (e.g. feature development status, deliverables, defect reports, etc).
Review and monitor the central resource management database in close collaboration with line managers and project managers.
Ensure consistency of resource Management data (Plan vs. Actual). Define countermeasures in case of deviations with the hiring & project managers.
Central repository management for key documents, access rights
Support in planning and facilitating leadership workshops, either face-to-face or virtually, as needed
What You Need
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
5+ years of industry-related experience
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Analytics tools skills (such as QLIK or other data visualization tools)
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
Working knowledge of financial basics
Working knowledge of resource management and planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
In-depth understanding of all the supporting business functions and principles.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to have effective communication at all levels of the organization.
