About the Role
The Marketing Project Manager position will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing marketing initiatives from inception to completion for the HARMAN Automotive Central Marketing Services Team (CMS). Our team is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and collaborative critical thinker who is comfortable managing diverse project timelines across our function. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating with creative teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and assets within budget and on schedule.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end project management of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and flawless execution from concept to delivery.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, social, content, events, and digital marketing, to develop cohesive and impactful marketing strategies.
Ability to clearly present ideas, challenges, and creative solutions efficiently.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress against established milestones, while managing project resources effectively.
Act as the main point of contact for marketing campaign managers, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and results.
Co-lead, shape and continually optimize creative production processes/workflows.
Manage communication and expectations across all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and a shared understanding of project goals.
Identify potential risks and challenges and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
Bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset to tackling problems and help unify and motivate project teams.
What You Need
5+ years' experience as a project manager, product manager, or producer, preferably at a consultancy or creative agency.
Ability to identify, sort through, and plan for interdependent dates and deliverables.
The dexterity to drive stakeholders (the internal team, client, agency partners) to deliver on time while maintaining positive relationships across the board.
An innate ability to think critically, tackle challenges head-on and problem solve on a daily basis.
An instinct to foresee oversights and potential pitfalls before they turn into problems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and partners.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Workfront, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
