Sr. Manager Contract Management
The Vice President, Sr. Manager Contract Management is responsible for managing the contract management team and associated processes. This position has primary responsibilities for managing the execution of the contracting process, working in collaboration with business stakeholder to negotiate and finalize third-party supplier agreements. This position is the Product Manager for the new enterprise contract lifecycle management system and will be responsible for business process administration and maintaining contract templates, clause library, compliance, and key legal obligations in the system.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversees the execution of contracts management team and associated activities.
Responsible for identifying and mitigating contract risk in collaboration with Legal, Technology, Risk and Business stakeholder areas.
Product Manager for new enterprise contract lifecycle management system (CLM). 10% Business process administration and maintain contract templates, clause library and key legal obligations in CLM.
Authorized to approve contracts in accordance with Procurement and Contract Administration policy.
Develop and negotiate commercial terms and strategies.
Responsible for managing direct reports (hiring and performance management of resources) supporting the execution of sourcing processes.
Position Qualifications:
JD in Law and/or Paralegal, Supply Chain Management
8 years of experience in management of procurement/ contracting processes
8 years of experience in managing a high-paced environment
8 years of experience in presenting ideas and assessment results to senior management, strong analytical and communication skills
8 years of experience in redlining and authoring contact documents
Auburn Hills Operations Center
8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. This position is hybrid and offers both onsite and remote work hours.
