Develops and manages standardized databases/tools for Global Product Engineering resourcing and financial tracking
Deploy and manage tools that allow for effective portfolio analysis of global forecasting analytics
Responsible for portfolio analysis of all global engineering projects - current and forecasted
Responsible for developing "What If" analyses for resourcing assessments of all global engineering projects
Responsible for developing Engineering Budgets in alignment with Finance and Product Engineering leadership team.
Regular contact with others outside the work group to perform essential functions of job.
Runs special reports for PE Vice President and PE Leadership team
Develops tools and processes to optimize overall engineering processes
Creates and Maintains Engineering Project Numbers for all PE Work.
Works collaboratively with cross functional areas to develop dashboards for Key Performance Indicators
Other duties as assigned.
Some travel required.
Required Skills and Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related.
2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical background.
