Job Description SummaryTo ensure the protection of our critical operations and support our mission of "enabling the business, securely", we are seeking an experienced leader in OT Cybersecurity that has worked for (or with) large global manufacturing organizations. This position will report to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and support the people, process and technology enhancements required for successful cybersecurity risk management within the operations environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and implementation of cybersecurity measures to safeguard vital Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure. The role requires a collaborative approach with operations and controls teams to protect operational technology, balancing the enhancement of security measures with the importance of resilience and the facilitation of digital transformation. This will involve travel to manufacturing locations, with the aim of comprehensively understanding pivotal processes and technologies, evaluating both emerging and persistent cyber threats, and crafting and advocating for the adoption of robust standards and solutions to mitigate identified risks and strengthen security postures. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for providing cyber awareness training tailored to the specific needs of the controls team, ensuring a well-informed and proactive defense stance against potential cyber threats.

Required Skills and Education
5+ years of experience working in a global, manufacturing space with responsibility for the planning & management of activities relating to OT (Operational Technology) / ICS (Industrial Control System) security
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, information security, or related degree
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management methodologies, and industry standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Frameworks, ISO 27001, TISAX, etc.
Controls Systems or Automation engineering background with a deep knowledge of OT cybersecurity including: NIST 800-82R3T, ISA 62443, network security design / protocols and defense in depth best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings to management, and liaise with external stakeholders
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP or other industry-recognized certifications are highly desirable
