CRM continues to be a focus growth area for Razorfish. To support this growth focus, our CRM team is beginning to improve our ways of working and identifying areas of opportunity to bring higher levels of value to our clients. Our team is looking for a candidate with expertise in technology and continuous improvement skills to drive higher client value.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
Analyze and understand current business processes: This new team member is responsible for comprehensively analyzing and understanding the existing business processes within the organization, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices: Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring that the organization's processes are at the forefront of innovation and efficiency.Adobe Workfront will be a key focus to meet our client contract obligations.
Develop process improvement strategies: Develop strategies to improve and streamline the organization's processes, ensuring increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Create process documentation: Create clear and detailed process documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to ensure all team members have a thorough understanding of the processes they are responsible for.
Implement process improvements: Help to implement the proposed process improvements, ensuring that they are effectively integrated into the organization's systems and workflows.
Train and support staff: Train team members on the new processes and provide ongoing support to ensure they are followed and maintained consistently.
Monitor and evaluate process performance: Continuously monitor the performance of the organization's processes regularly, identifying any issues and implementing necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with various cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure that all process improvements are aligned with overall business objectives and are integrated seamlessly into the organization's operations.
Communicate process improvements: Communicate process improvements to relevant stakeholders, including management and team members, to ensure a clear understanding of the changes and their benefits.
Continuously improve processes: Continuously evaluate and refine processes to ensure that they remain efficient and effective, driving the organization's ongoing growth and success.Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years experience managing medium size and complexprojects
Experience with Adobe Workfront as a systems administrator and integration of Workfront with third party tools
Understand and use at least 2-3 planning tools, (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira, Excel, and Smartsheets)
Proven ability to engage with and present to clients and internal stakeholdersAdditional Information
