What you can expect to be doing:
Work on-site at one of our client's facilities, building relationships and helping them understand and utilize the research they commission with us
Train client users on the research and data analysis platform and act as their help desk when they have questions or need support
Handle user requests for data by creating exhibits, stories and dashboards in the reporting platform as well as analyze and interpret the results
Prepare reports and presentations
Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy
Monitor respondent support accounts and escalate issues reported

Bachelor's Degree preferred

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
