Summary of Position:
The Senior Interface Developer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining programs, enterprise application integration, and software program solutions. These solutions must enable the flow of information between various systems within the organization. The Integration Developer works closely with business analysts, software developers, and other IT staff to understand the data requirements and overall system and data architecture.
Creates and communicates integration development goals and strategies.
Develops network architectures, asynchronous messaging architectures, and rule-based systems.
Coordinate operations with other developers to guarantee on-time completion of integration projects.
Develops strategies and designs for system integrations.
Ensure that the organization adheres to best practices in integration procedures.
Checks and rectifies data configuration & overlapping conflicts.
Keeps the corporation's integration architecture's integrity and seamless operation.
Analyze and improve existing system integration as well as migration techniques.
Detects, debugging, and counseling on system flaws or architectural problems.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in interface development and overall, more than 10 years of experience in IT domain
Must have experience with web services and SOA architectures.
Must have experience with API management. Expertise in handling various integration adapters in like ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST etc.
Must have experience in 2 of the leading on-prem and/or SAAS integration platforms like (but not limited to)
o SAP PI/PO and/or SAP BTP
o Dell Boomi
Outstanding programming talents in maintenance, code development, and implementation.
Extensive understanding of development processes, integrations, and integration structures.
Experience with EDI integrations, migration, and standards
Experience with ETL tools and knowledge of more than two programming languages
Experience in cloud API (Azure or AWS) technologies is plus.
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Interpersonal skills and the aptitude to work with other people.
Must have the ability to complete tasks on one's own.
Should possess excellent presenting and report-writing abilities.
Leading Integration and/or architectural certification is plus.
