Trust Business Support Specialist I
This position provides exceptional client service whose primary objective will be to assist clients with their trust and online inquiries or requests. Colleagues in this role can be assigned to projects within the Trust discipline and provide important data related to those projects for use in creating the solution or testing functionality or the feasibility of a solution. Projects within the trust discipline can often be broad in scope and require the ability to collaborate; and can include audit related requests. Successful candidates possess strong communication skills, time management and organizational skills.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide remarkable client service by handling inbound calls, providing problem resolution. Collaborate with appropriate colleagues to resolve questions or assist with a solution. Use of problem-solving skills to analyze and troubleshoot client challenges. Assist our client facing colleagues to resolve client inquiries and assist in solutions. Providing training and support for online products or technical utilities that are in place for trust.
Where needed, participate as a key member of a project team providing necessary data or data analysis to support proof of concept. A project could be the implementation of an upgrade to a system currently in use and training of users to any change created by the upgrade or new release. Some projects could require analysis that could extend beyond one day to complete depending on the depth of the research and conversations/collaborations ensuring fulfillment of requirements.
Provide management reports that could be repetitive ensuring the data is accurate and the report is timely.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from accredited University or High School Diploma
4 years of experience in Data Analysis, project and process
2 years of experience in Data Analysis and Client Service
