A day-in-the-life of a Membership Sales and Service Representative:
Our Membership Sales and Service Representatives provide solutions and consulting to our customers and members on AAA products and services through account analysis and cross-selling. You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products and help retain The Auto Club Group's 60+ million members.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to:
Provides world-class member-centric experience in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.
Sell new memberships and upgrades to increase base growth.
Consult members on club products and appropriately cross-sell/make referrals on products and services to maximize information and sales opportunities for the organization.
Receive and process Auto Travel calls as needed.
Adhere to performance metrics to include managing calls, schedule adherence, and other metrics as prescribed by leadership.

Hourly rates starting at $16.75 per hour plus incentives. Pay rate will be determined based on experience and may exceed the starting rate.

We are looking for candidates who have:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced computer-automated business environment.
Basic knowledge of PC navigation, Internet usage, sending and receiving emails, toggling between applications, and other skills and computer knowledge.
Soft sell skills.
Ability to multi-task
Ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues.
Ability to interpret contract and bid documents, in addition to contract negotiation skills
Home Office Requirements
A designated workspace free from interruptions and distractions
Workspace large enough for two monitors and a phone
100MB per second high-speed Internet with the ability to connect a computer and phone line directly to a modem.
Personal laptop or computer (Chrome Book or Tablets will not provide the necessary bandwidth to perform duties)
Ability to plug in(4) outlets with power strips.
Personal cell phone during training with the ability to download company apps for network access.
Earbuds or phones are recommended.
1-2 years of customer service. Advanced computer skills. Prior sales experience.
This is a remote call center position. Call Center employees work remote full-time. An exception to this would be in the case of connectivity or service level issues, in which employees would be required to report temporarily to a designated ACG facility (if located <50 miles from an office) until connectivity or service levels are restored.
