Global IT Shared Services (GITSS) Leader supporting our Information Technology Team, you'll work closely with legal and other stakeholders to process all requests related to Cloud-based software, Professional Services, Telecom, and Software Evaluation globally. You will be responsible for Contracts & Professional Services Management, IT Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and execution and provide oversight of the Telecom Business Office. You will also actively participate in Vendor Management and Financial matters related to the Global IT operations. Your responsibilities also include PR requisitions, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, invoice validation & approvals to ensure we comply with accounting & financial regulations. Also, responsible for managing contracts with vendors and suppliers of IT equipment and services.

GIT Vendor Management.
GIT Telecom Business Office.
GIT Procure to Pay.
GIT Contracts & Professional Services Management.
GIT Asset Management.
Infra/VMO Finance.

Education: 5 years of management experience. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required.
Work Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Global IT Shared Services processes and execution.
Practical knowledge of IT Master Service Agreements and Statement of Works.
Strong collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution skills with a passion for customers and a flair for inspiring others.
An eagerness to solve problems, influence key stakeholders and opinion leaders, and make an immediate impact in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $110,300 to $151,700 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
