We are continuously expanding our plastics manufacturing capabilities in thermoforming, extrusion, injection molding and plastic recycling while providing high-tech products and innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
POSITION AVAILABLE:
The Pattern Maker will be responsible for creating thermoforming tool patterns from wood using designs created by the engineering team. They will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the patterns meet the required specifications. The Pattern Maker will use their knowledge of woodworking and thermoforming to create accurate and precise patterns that will be used to create molds for production.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED - trade school or some applicable college classes, preferred.
Must have experience & skill using woodworking tools.
CNC Operating knowledge is required.
OTHER SKILLS:
The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking and a strong understanding of thermoforming.
They will be able to read and interpret technical drawings and have excellent attention to detail.
The Pattern Maker will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to communicate effectively.
Candidates with basic skills, but high aptitude for woodworking, cabinet making or autobody repair will be considered.
