Job Description:
The Role
Responsible for execution of specific talent programs, projects, and processes. This role owns the execution, communication, maintenance, evaluation, and remediation of the following processes, projects and programs:
Glint and related firmwide surveys that provide data related to the experience of our people.
Recommend, develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and job satisfaction.
Retention initiatives
Analyze employee feedback and employment trends.
Recommend action plans to increase retention and drive a positive work environment.
Talent Review process
Promotions process
Coaching Corner Program
Guidance for the onboarding program for new coaches
In support of the firm's performance management processes, execute initiatives focused on goal setting, regular check-ins, and the culture of feedback inclusive of performance evaluations.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
Responsible for compiling, analyzing, and reporting data to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunities; making recommendations for enhancing talent strategies.
Collaborate with the TBA team to recommend changes.
Participate in monthly region calls with the leaders within each region to present information and lead discussions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with BU leaders, those in the Talent Solutions team, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and alignment of talent initiatives with business objectives.
Exemplify continuous Improvement/learning agility:
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent management and in the Audit profession.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and implement improvements.
Exhibit a mindset and corresponding collection of practices that allows continual development, growth, to face increasingly complex problems that might arise within the firm/BU.
Embrace a mindset including diversity, equity, and inclusion within all talent processes.
Qualifications/Key Skills
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of education, training, and experience in human resources, organizational development, or business administration, project management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a professional position with responsibilities including: consulting, people operations, data management/ reporting, compensation and recognition, and human resources.
High level of reliability, follow-through, discretion, and integrity.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team required
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to successfully navigate complexity and ambiguity
Strong administrative skills such as ability to organize projects and demonstrate follow-through on project steps
Strong Excel skills and analytic capability to interpret and effectively use employee data and financial information; experience with PowerBi preferred.
Attention and focus on managing sensitive and confidential information
Ability to gather and analyze data, reason logically, draw valid conclusions, and make appropriate recommendations to support employment decisions
Experience in Workday (Preferred)
Self-directed, yet effective collaborating with a team and across functions
Responsive and customer-focused with a demonstrated use of professional judgment
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-priority projects
Project management, Change Management, or Human Resources Certification preferred
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,057.00 to $168,664.00.
