Starting Salary Range: $72,500 - $87,100
Position Summary:
Supports implementation and maintenance of an asset management system for ISO 55001 compliance. This involves but is not limited to working with internal and external resources to develop/maintain quality process improvements, perform internal audits, and ensure internal regulatory requirements are being met.
Essential Functions:
- Evaluate organizational strategic plan objectives and assist in formation of quality performance standards for the Asset Management System through the Strategic Asset Management Plan.
- Identify nonconformities within the Asset Management System through internal audits and perform quality checks to facilitate the closure of identified nonconformities.
- Assist in the development and coordination of a document management system that is suitable and adequate for a risk-based Asset Management System.
- Assist in the coordination and monitoring of processes that support the Asset Management System, while promoting continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRM).
- Assist stakeholders to maximize opportunities within the frameworks of process improvement initiatives.
- Audit the Asset Management System to ensure that organizational objectives and processes comply with the requirements of the ISO 55001 standards.
- Participate on project teams as needed and assigned.
- Lead and assist leadership in asset management related process improvement initiatives to develop and promote a continuous improvement culture across the organization.
- Support of Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts.
- Coordinate the creation and updating of the Asset Management System governing documents (e.g., the Strategic Asset Management Plan and AM Policy)
- Participation in the continuous improvement of the Asset Management System and Work Management processes.
- Adhere to all BWL Corporate Policies
