We are seeking self-motivated individuals for manufacturing positions. We have great opportunities for growth within our company! Currently, we are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Associates will receive the sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.

The starting wage for a Manufacturing Press Operator is $18.00 plus a shift premium for off shifts (2nd shift: $.50/hour 3rd shift $.75/hour), with an opportunity to grow to $22.00/hour (plus shift premium). The starting wage for a Light Machine Operator is $16.40 plus a shift premium for off shifts (2nd shift: $.50/hour 3rd shift $.75/hour), with an opportunity to grow to $19.60/hour (plus shift premium).
