In this role, you will lead, coach, and manage Sales Representatives within a specific geographical area. This is an opportunity to generate volume and market share growth through the development and management of a designated region. This role involves leading, directing, and managing the activities of Sales Representatives within a specific geographical area. You will:
Lead, manage, and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in the district.
Recruit, hire, train, develop, and coach new and existing sales representatives to ensure a high-performing team.
Drive awareness, understanding, utilization and sales of a launch product through leading, managing and developing the skill sets of the sales representatives in the district.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or related medical sales; 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
At least 3 years of successful district/regional field management experience.
Desired Requirements:
Launch experience preferred.
Preferred experience in women's health, or anti-infectives marketplace.
