Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is now hiring Full-time Experienced Electrical Wiring Technicians for an automotive Tier 1 supplier. Experienced Electrical Wiring Technicians support our prototype wiring lab and are responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems for a variety of applications. This Full-time Experienced Electrical Wiring Technician position is based out of Allen Park, MI., and offers an AM day shift. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Experienced Electrical Wiring Technicians position below are strongly encouraged to apply.
Shift Schedule:
- AM day shift: 6:45 am-3:30 pm (Monday - Friday + overtime as needed)
Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed instructions to assemble wiring harnesses with precision.
- Use hand tools and proper techniques to build high-quality assemblies.
- Work with small teams to meet daily production goals.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient.
- Track inventory of project parts and supplies.
- Perform quality checks on all harness assemblies.
- Tear down, repair, or rework donor harnesses as needed.
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Support the delivery of world-class products and services

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in wire harness assembly
- Proficiency in wire prep, crimping, soldering and de-pinning
- Ability to read and interpret wiring prints and cut sheets
- Accurate measurement skills
- Experienced in use of multimeter
- Effective communication skills
- Computer skills
- Detail oriented
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Flexibility to cross train for expanded opportunities
Preferred Skills:
- Automotive high voltage experience
