- Masters Degree in a Human Services or Administration field.
- Must be a Licensed counselor with a CAADC
- Three (5) years successful experience in the supervision of chemical dependency treatment programs.
- Effective experience in articulating chemical dependency treatment methodology in various community settings.
- Demonstrate organization and time management abilities and demonstrate verbal and written communication, inter-personal and conflict resolution skills.
- Mental ability to frequently handle pressures related to simultaneous handling of multiple projects, and various youth personalities, and disruptions.
- Physical ability to periodically sit or stand for long periods of time and to bend/lift/carry items while setting up training rooms.
