Job Duties

• Accurate and timely processing of accounts payable invoices and monthly client invoicing
• Timely entry and management of vendors in the accounting software
• Closure of projects in accounting software
• Maintain various reporting spreadsheets as required
• Assist with phone system and project set up in the absence of Executive Assistant
• Assist Marketing Director through research and the drafting of social media post and blogs
• Timely and courteous response to questions from co-workers, management, clients, etc.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required or assigned
• Weekly cleaning of office

Knowledge & Skills

• Intermediate use of computers and knowledgeable of other applicable software applications
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication, and customer service skills
• Good basic math skills with some knowledge of accounting
• Decision making and initiative within established procedural guideline
• Ability to understand reasoning and significance of assigned tasks
• Associate’s Degree in Accounting or closely related field, and 6 months or more of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
