- Answer phone and greet incoming visitors
- Open mail
- Assist Accounts Payable including cross training of the position
- Enter Purchase Orders into SAP computer system
- Contact with vendors regarding discrepancies, payment terms, etc.
- Order Office Supplies and other office materials
- General office duties
- Assist H/R with clerical duties
- Assist estimator with obtaining cost history in SAP and other clerical duties
Must have experience with office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
Must be able to multi-task and willing to learn.
1-2 year's experience
SAP experience a plus
Rate: $13-$14/hour based on experience
