JOB TITLE: Recruiting and Outreach Manager
LOCATION: Administrative Office/ Downtown Retail Campus, Galesburg, MI
REPORTS TO: HR Business Partner

SUMMARY: The Recruiting and Outreach Manager will provide recruiting strategy by supporting goals and objectives to drive an inclusive Bell’s employment brand and will lead full cycle recruitment at Bell’s Brewery, Inc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Adheres to and advances the “Safety Always” culture of Bell’s Brewery

•Lead Bell’s recruitment brand and strategy teams focused on equity and inclusion, offering Bell’s a broad and diverse talent pool
•Provides an engaging and inclusive experience for all applicants.
•Ensures all leaders and Managers are properly trained to HR Recruiting processes (Inspired Series and HR Partner)
•Ensures all HR Recruiting related documentation is accounted for; auditing systems regularly
•Recruitment
o Coaches new hiring managers on selection and interview processes.
o Travels to each market and works alongside hiring managers to conduct face-to-face interviews to ensure that company standards are upheld, as needed.
o Sets recruiting plans for all roles within assigned areas
o Coordinates all staffing planning exercises
o Accurately administers the activities involved with the planning of future staffing needs such as quarterly staffing forecasts with hiring managers to better understand needs and to better avoid employments gaps.
o Works closely with Bell’s Marketing team to provide consistent message and branding as Bell’s initiatives and programs adjust

o Manages Bell’s LinkedIn Recruiter seat, assisting Bell’s HR team with active recruiting
o Ensures Bell’s participates in local/regional/national programs created to remove barriers to employment
o Searches for and implements new sourcing methods
o Works with rest of HR and Diversity teams to develop Posting Matrix for all areas of Bell’s, updates when necessary
o Manages Bell’s External Internship program alongside Bell’s HR Generalists
o Plans and coordinates for annual career fair planning
o Ensures that job postings are advertised in accordance with given staffing timelines
o Develops and manages a budget for recruiting and outreach activities.
o Creates and delivers presentations to a wide variety of audiences, including but not limited to employees, community organizations and students.
•Selection:
o Ensures communication of final hiring decisions to applicants
o Manages Pre-employment background screening vendors and process
o Ensures internal staff receive developmental feedback and plans, as necessary
•Develops intentional community relationships in order to develop impactful recruiting-based programs throughout all of Bell’s communities.
•Develops internal development opportunities for staff to participate in; providing interview coaching.
•Tracks and keeps recruiting KPI’s and benchmarks up to date; recommending action items, when necessary.
•Adheres to OHSA, HIPPA, as well as any other company and federal regulations.
•Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
•Protects organization's values and employees by keeping information confidential.
•Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate employees.
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD POSSESS:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, not required.
•Minimum of five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience within recruiting environment.
