Peninsula Powder Coating seeks full-time General Laborers to join their team in Baraga, Michigan. Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required. We will train someone motivated to learn.
WHAT WE OFFER.
- $15.00 - $20.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.
- Overtime available on all shifts.

SCHEDULE. This is a full-time position. Schedules may flex based on company production demands.
- Day shift: 7am - 3:30pm (Monday – Friday)
- Afternoon shift: 3:30pm – 2am (Monday – Thursday)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required. We will train someone motivated to learn who has an excellent work ethic.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail. Must be mechanically inclined.
- Ability to clean and sort parts, organize, and clean the production floor.
- Ability to assemble packaging for outbound shipments (crates, pallets, boxes).
- Follow safe work practices at all times by using proper lifting techniques, wearing appropriate protective footwear, and helping maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Willingness to assist other production areas when needed.
- You are energetic, reliable, and work well individually and as a team member.
- You work well under time constraints and can ensure deadlines are met.
