Assembly Team Members Needed in Brighton!
Looking to join a company that cares and is mission-focused? The ideal candidate should be hardworking with the ability to learn quickly, good attendance, and a great attitude! Previous production experience is not required. These are first-shift positions.
Note: Transportation through the Flint MTA and Livingston County LETS is available.
Responsibilities of Assemblers and Packers:
- Assemble, inspect, and pack various brackets
- Maintain a steady workflow by performing prescribed production procedures accurately and timely
- Perform duties with minimal supervision
- Keep the work area in a clean and orderly condition
- Follow all company instructions, safety policies, and rules
Requirements of Assemblers and Packers:
- Forklift experience is not required but a big plus
- Excellent attendance to support the production team
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and reach
- Some positions require the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
