Position description
Responsible for the execution of the production schedule as well as performing mold and/or material changes as directed by the schedule. Troubleshoot molding process, part inspections and various other functions to insure part conformity and quality. Verifying paperwork for jobs and completion of inspections at startup of jobs and in process inspections; monitoring and preparing support equipment as needed in the production area. Responsible for any other duties as assigned by the production manager.
ROLE SUMMARY

Verifying paperwork for jobs and completion of inspections at startup of jobs and in process inspections; monitoring and preparing support equipment as needed in the production area.
Communicate with all site stakeholders, such as leads, engineers, maintenance to meet internal and external customer needs.
Be actively involved in area teams.
Promotes a safe working environment, complies with proper use of PPE, reports incidents, and participates in safety meetings and training.
All else required by manager to help team reach performance goals.
Responsible for any other duties as assigned by the production manager.

Develop and maintain the process standards in which all parts are manufactured. 5%
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED Required
