- Providing optimum operational processes, reports, and controls, while minimizing negative impact on those engaged with them
- Creating and maintaining dashboards that present data for decision-makers which is intuitive, calibrated for integrity and accuracy, and is secure
- Reviewing, analyzing, and distributing weekly KPI’s and monthly financial packages
- Conducting annual audits and reviews of operational processes and reporting
- Working alongside the operations team to facilitate decision-making, leading to optimum performance of the business
