Fastest growing international tax service ever seeks Office Supervisor with strong customer service skills and tax background to supervise local office. This person is available at a location to handle client complaints and be an information source for tax or technical questions. The Office Supervisor is ultimately responsible for daily reports to the Company Hiring Manager.

Duties
- Prepares daily reports for the Hiring Manager.
- Handles client complaints. Call Client to get Feedback.
- Enforces tax, policy and procedure changes
- Promotes quality customer service
- Oversees all aspects of the Tax Office and/or Processing Center, Fix Rejects.
- Prepares taxes as needed
- Teach Liberty Tax School
- Prepare Press releases.
