Hiring for 2nd and 3rd Shift positions. Hourly rate of $15.71/hour with Shift Premium: $0.25/2nd shift, $0.40 3rd shift.. Also receive two paid 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute unpaid lunch. Overtime after 40 hours - Double time after 55.

Positions including: Quality Control (SPC), Labeler Operator, Capper Operator, Traypack Operator, Palletizer Operator, + 3rd Shift Sanitation Technician (10p until 6a)
Responsibilities
Complete routine quality checks and documentation in accordance with standard work
Work closely with Quality, Production Supervisors and Crew leaders to support production demand and maintain product packaging quality standards
Work well in a team oriented environment
Requirements
Adhere to standard work procedures
Read and interpret documents, including but not limited to, safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Accurately and legibly complete written documentation
Recognize and establish priorities.
Compliance with plant safety and quality procedures
Must be dependable, self-motivated and maintain an acceptable attendance record
Overtime as scheduled (daily and weekend)
Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements
Safe Food Handling
SKILLS
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Organized and self-directed
