Job Description
The Advanced Primary Care Muskegon clinic is a fully funded, new practice dedicated to delivering intensive primary care to seniors living with chronic disease. The clinic team focuses on providing responsive care access to small panels of patients, allowing the time and space needed to focus on quality care and prevention and to develop trusting patient-doctor relationships.
The clinic is looking for physicians who are passionate about caring for seniors in a way that achieves better health outcomes. A primary specialty of geriatrics, internal medicine, or family medicine is required.
Supported by an operational structure that focuses on long-term outcomes, physicians will lead their teams in managing small panels and providing reliable access. In this kind of practice, physicians who are innovative and ready to lead the development and growth of the clinic will have a chance to create a better approach to care for this population that challenges traditional constraints.
