Business Analyst:
Review and respond to various external and internal agent inquiries relating to both Under 65 and Medicare individual business. Conduct necessary research and outreaches to various enterprise partners to resolve issues and communicate a clear and concise summary of resolution.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities: - Review and respond to inquiries for both internal and external agent partners for Under 65 On and Off Marketplace plans, Medicare Advantage and Medigap plans - Use various client systems to research and resolved inquiries - Work with enterprise partners to help resolve issues - Maintain CMS and compliance related certifications yearly - Prepare detailed analysis regarding HPA/member interactions upon request to various stakeholders - Effectively identify and summarize analytical findings, trends, or concerns found with our internal and external partners Education And/Or Experience: - Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred. - A minimum of two (2) years of related experience is required. - Previous experience with regulatory health care requirements is preferred. - Working knowledge of both Medicare and the Affordable Care Act Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other Skills And Abilities: - Intermediate proficiency using Salesforce, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. - Intermediate written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to process large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy. - Ability to identify, document and provide solutions for problem solving. - Knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques to improve business processes.
