At least 5 years of experience in the recruiting / staffing industry.
Broad understanding of all industries and domains, specific experience placing candidates in creative, and professional roles.
Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) as well as proven track record of successful placements, proven ability to source candidates, especially via the use of internet job boards, social networking, employee referral programs and cold-calling.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the company.
