Assists in the administration of retirement programs by understanding each program and related procedures and performing assigned daily tasks.
Assists in the communication of retirement benefits offered by McLaren, as well as related policies and procedures. Responds to, and answers or routes telephone, e-mail facsimile or other forms of customer contact.
Assists in the distribution of retirement materials and communications. This may include forms, letters, booklets, packets, notices and so forth, in electronic or hard copy formats.
Maintains Retirement Services databases, files, records, reports, documents, and other information as assigned.
Supports Retirement Analysts when needed including assistance with pension calculations, system audits, as well as external plan audits.
As directed, enters retirement information into the PeopleSoft payroll and PCE Pension systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous data entry experience
Math Skills and Customer Service Skills
Must have attended college for on semester with Math or finance
