Responsibilities
As Director for our Outpatient clinic, your responsibilities will be managing the overall leadership and operation of this clinic with the support of experienced administration, while providing outstanding care, as well as supervising both clinical and operational performance. Come be an integral part of opening and managing a new facility with the leading practice in the area with over 25 years of dedicated service to the Southeastern Michigan communities!
What You Need To Be Successful: Qualifications
Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
A passion for Physical Therapy and patient care.
Outgoing and energetic personality. Most importantly - you need to have FUN while you work!
Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and create a world-class clinical team.
The mindset and determination to emotionally invest and crush all of your work goals.
Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
2 years' experience preferred in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting.
Previous Marketing experience preferred
Exercise and manual based skills, and sports rehab.
All Physical Therapists must be licensed, or license eligible in the state they are applying.
