Education, Training, and Experience:
- Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design—specializing in Surface Design, Illustration, Fine Arts or similar area is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in surface and graphic design in product development, home goods, tabletop in the gift/home industry, or a similar industry.
- Two years of related work experience obtained through employment and/or internship(s).
- Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Familiarity with Microsoft programs such as Word and Microsoft Excel.
- A strong grasp of design software programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility.
