The pharmacy technician will assist in providing pharmacy services with the following:
Work on the pharmacy help desk handling prior authorization requests from doctors' offices.
Help members with questions related to their pharmacy benefit (eligibility, out of pocket costs, prior authorization requests, claims issues, etc.)
Requests are received via fax, mail, email and phone
Qualifications:
Retail Pharmacy experience at least 2 year
Exceptional Customer Service
Intermediate computer skills (typing, MS Outlook, MS Excel)
