Web Support Associate Location: New Hudson, MI Duration: 1 year Job Description: - Processing health care provider requests for access to Provider Secured Services at client web site - Working independently with minimum supervision, responds to telephone calls, emails and other requests for support from internal and external customers, stakeholders and business partners. - Identifies, researches, analyzes and documents prior to provisioning access. - Has technical knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the health care field. - Must be analytical thinker that can evaluate errors and determine where in the processes the errors occurred. - Other duties as assigned
