Engagement Description:
Primary responsibility will be managing and maintaining MS project plans, updating JIRA, status/dashboards and creating Visio flows. Additional activities include creating job-aids for training, meeting set-up, meeting notes with action items and decision tracking. Tracking and reporting budget/hours on project. Lead status activities with multiple business units related to assigned tasks. Report to the Project Manager.
Top 4 Required Skills/Experience: - 3+ years in a Healthcare industry - 5+ years creating business process flows - 5+ years managing project plans in MS Project - 5+ years facilitating and recording meeting minutes Required Skills/Experience: - Current experience with - Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Coordinator of more than one project Preferred Skills/Experience: - Process Specialist with Visio experience - AGILE/JIRA experience - PMP Certificate - Strong Presentation skills including PowerPoint presentation development - Health Insurance operations knowledge - Vendor relationship knowledge Education/Certifications: - Bachelor degree is required in a related field. - Prefer PMP certified.
