Job Description

• In collaboration with the Registered Nurse (RN), provides safe, quality care for patients/residents according to individualized care plan that supports patient/resident outcomes.

• Treats all patients/residents with dignity and respect. Know, follow and maintain resident rights.

• Assists with over sight of non-clinical and support staff personnel

  Requirements:

• 2+ Year of experience - Required

• Will Float Between Rehab, MS, and PCU - Required
