Description
Job Summary: Under the direction of the
department supervisor, is responsible for COVID-19 screening and greeting
patients, visitors, vendors, physicians and staff entering and leaving the
hospital. Will conduct
screening following guidelines as directed by the Center for Disease Control
and Prevention . Will provide
excellent customer service. Training of
employees as needed. Maintenance of a
neat, orderly and sanitized lobby area.
Responsibilities:
Greetsand conducts COVID-19 symptom screening of all persons entering the facility.
Conductsscreening following Center for Disease Control (CDC) Guidelines along withthose set forth by executive staff and directed by supervisors.
Integratesall components of AIDET (acknowledge, introduce, duration, explanation, andthank you) when interacting with patients, guests, and co-workers.
Performsto service excellence standards: Respondspromptly, professionally and courteously to all customers' needs and Cooperatesand communicates effectively with all patient, families and staff.
Greetspatients, family members, vendors, physicians and staff in a friendly,courteous and expedient manner.
Cleansand sanitizes the lobby furniture between patients and visitors.
Provides general informationto the public, patients, guests, and others
Directs patients and visitors to appropriate locations uponrequest.
Performs other related responsibilities as necessary.
