Enrollment Representative Location: Auburn Hills, MI/ Remote due to covid Duration: 13 weeks Description:
Assists MPP approved members and health care professionals with Health Plan enrollment processes. Follows established MPP Membership and credentialing processes to meet NCQA certification standards. Assists the Enrollment team and MPP leadership to maintain database information for reporting and accurate enrollment numbers, as well as ACO (Accountable Care Organization) and CIN (Clinically Integrated Network) memberships.
Looking for an applicant versed not only in IT, but data analysis with healthcare knowledge. We need the right candidate to be skilled in critical thinking who is able to analyze, interpret, explain, and act on the data recorded.
(2) years of experience in health plan enrollment, credentialing, or in an administrative role in a provider office setting - Required
Associates in health care or related field - Required (Bachelors Preferred)
